My broom was destroyed in an accident. If I want to use it again, I have to repair it or replace it with a new one.

Quest Trigger

• Completing the quest Crash Landing.

Quest Location

• The beach just east of the Witch's Mansion, and south of the docks of Barrow End.

Quest Overview

• Find pieces of Broom on the beach: 3/3
• Bring Broom Shavings to Rogost and ask him about repairing the broom.
• Perform the Ritual of Communication through the crystal ball to contact Absura and get the broom blueprint.
• Craft Broom Potion
  • Witch Broomstick Creation Potion

• Make the broom on the Crafting Table according to the instructions. Enrich it with essence.
  • Classical Broom

VERY IMPORTANT: If you have been storing your Witch Broomstick Creation Potion and your Classical Broom in your crafting table or a chest, put them in your inventory before you craft your Essenced Broom or the quest will not register them as completed and will become bugged.

Quest Walkthrough

When you bring the broken broom bits to Rogost, he adamantly refuses to repair it and offers to make you another one. At this point you know you need to make your own, which requires you contacting the Witch Matron for a recipe. To do this you will need to complete the quest What about my apprenticeship? and acquire a Mirage Agrimony. She will give you the recipes to make your broom and the ritual to enchant it.
