Witowir was with Ahnah and Tesha in the cave with the basilisk monument. People from outside the island don't believe in its existence.

• Talk to Witowir

Witowir wants you to take a picture of the basilisk monument in the cave. Return to him afterwards, and he will reward you with the recipe for Veggie Smoothie.
