The Future in the Past
Omari never fully knew the reason why Tulli fell into madness at the end of her life. It would have been wrong if the memory about her had been misrepresented.

- Omari is often at the abandoned farm, the northern beach, his hermit cave or even at the Northernmost Astra Portal in the Desert.
- Ottertown is the sunken city on the eastern coast of the Swamp.
- Omari's abandoned house in the Desert.

Tulli kept diaries that can still be found in the ruins of the sunken Ottertown. If I'm lucky, they may still be whole thanks to protective magic.

Quest Walkthrough
Omari needs closure. He loved Tulli and never understood why she sent him away that fateful day. When you tell him that most witches preserve their notes with powerful spells so they will not be ruined, he is thrilled to know he might finally get answers.
In order to access the notes, you will need to progress far enough in the The Price of the Authority quest so that Ottertown rises from the water.
There are seven total notes in this area. Two for Zhrets Blagomior and five for Tulli. Once you have the notes, return to Omari. He will tell you that she never told him about her power to see the future. He then offers you the contents of his old home, as they are useless to him. His old home is the abandoned farm right next to the Desert Altar.
