Holds all the tools that are scattered in various chests in your house.
Tutorial
The tool stand can be placed inside your house, on the porches of the house, and under the overhang in the back yard. It cannot be placed on the farm. It allows you to see all the tools you have in your chests, and remove them from those chests via its interface. However, you cannot put items back inside the tool stand once you close the interface!
