Paffti Shrines

Paffti shrines are scattered in every region of the island. Each shrine accepts tasty offerings and has a list of food they like - leave an offering of a liked food (or find out and offer what they love) and you'll be granted a gift in turn!

These shrines can be found hidden around Fern Island. Keep an eye out for glowing Paffti and follow them to find their shrines!

How Paffti Shrines Work

Interact with a shrine to open its list of liked and loved gifts. The list of liked gifts is also a clue for what types of gifts they love.
Leave an item in the shrine as an offering and come back the next day. The shrine candle will be lit showing the Paffti accepted your offering and have gifted you something in return.
If they liked or loved your gift, you'll receive a special gift from the Paffti as a thank you. If they didn't like your gift, you'll get a mediocre gift in return.
When you offer something to a Paffti shrine that isn't already on their list, and they like or love it, an image of the item will now appear on their offering list.
If you offer a quality item (good, excellent or master) you will have a chance to receive a quality gift in return.
Once you have given 10 total LOVED gifts to any shrine, you unlock a special shop where a cute Paffti will sell a variety of randomized items.
