A veterinarian living close to the Barrow End. He runs a Tzoru farm and a pet store. He does not support the Apatut tradition of wearing fur and other zoonotic clothing, as he himself considers animals important in his life.
About
He works in a pet store but is also a veterinarian. He learned this profession not only for the purpose of earning money, but also so that he could successfully breed Tzoru. Tulok, unfortunately, is very naive, prone to outside influence and, consequently, also to gambling. He consistently loses large sums of money by betting on races. He doesn't live with any family, but is generally well liked and considered to have a heart of gold. He adheres to the principle that "satisfied patient- satisfied owner". Other than people, he is also a great friend to all animals.
