Quest Walkthrough
Charna lets me know that while visiting Horace for a medical appointment, he asked her to tell me to come see him about some business he has for me. When I go to see him, he invites me into his home to talk. He tells me that he did not want to involve me more, but that he finally realized that he needs my help. He has been having a dream about his old friend Hektor's house. In the dream he is standing in front of the house. It is dark and he is afraid to go inside. The door swings open and he tries to leave, but the door follows him until he enters. He immediately feels cold, and feels the loss, and he remembers. Then, in the dream, he hears a cry. You interrupt and ask him who cried, and he lets you know it was NOT Hektor, and that you should deal with it like a witch is supposed to.
At this point he pauses and seems to change the subject. He begins to talk about how fond they were of playing grabstones, and how he and Hektor met at a festival where a competition was held. He tells you about a pawn pendant that he gifted to Hektor, that went missing after he died. They looked for it in Hektor's house but could not find it. He would like you to search for it while you are dealing with the other issue, because he would like to place it at Hektor's grave. Then he gives you the key to the house, and a smoothie for the road! When you step outside your familiar will be waiting for you. You tell them you have doubts, and they reassure you that you now have more control over how you can help Horace. You are still doubtful, and the familiar once more disappears. When the familiar disappears the quest will complete, and a new quest will be added to your journal, Break the ties of the past.
